System Engineer
About The Position
- Manage R&D process of communication systems from definition level up to Costumer delivery
- Definition of system requirements, characterization and guidance of R&D teams
- Writing system specifications. design and test documents
- Performing system design reviews – SRR, PDR, CDR etc...
- Responsibility for project technical management and customer technical POC
- Hands on supporting
- Working with Israeli and abroad customers
- Interfacing with company internal departments
Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. electronics engineering
- M.Sc. System engineering- Advantage
- 3 years' experience as System Engineer
- Experience and understanding of complicated multidisciplinary systems (that include software, hardware, mechanics, algorithms)
- Leading R&D processes
- High technical skills
- Experience in LOS datalink communication- Advantage
- Team player
- Fast learning skills
- High level technical English- Writing and speaking
- Knowledge & experience in RF equipment e.g. Spectrum Analyzer, Analyzer Network.
