Identify and target potential clients, both new and existing, within the Israeli defense market to achieve sales goals.
Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, especially for clients requiring tailor-made solutions in the defense sector.
Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence within this segment.
Utilize technical knowledge to understand and communicate complex technologies to customers effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.
Prepare and present sales and marketing proposals, providing effective and tailored solutions for customers in the UAV, UGV, and munition sectors.
Develop a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy specific to the defense market segment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends in the Israeli defense market and adjust strategies accordingly.
Participate in industry events and conferences within the defense sector to network and promote our brand.
Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 7 years experience in sales and marketing roles
Technical knowledge in the specified sectors.
Experience with preparing sales and marketing proposals and providing effective and tailor-made solutions for complex technologies customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
Track record in the Israeli defense market - advantage.
Familiarity with UAV's is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in engineering and / or business administration (Master's degree is a plus).
